The Legal Operations Manager will oversee daily operational processes that support the effective delivery of legal services. Responsibilities include managing workflows, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, optimizing firm processes, budgeting and financial management, and analyzing operational performance. The manager will work closely with legal and administrative teams to streamline processes, manage vendor relationships, and implement technology solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Farmington Hills, MI office.
Qualifications- Demonstrated experience in legal operations management, process improvement, and vendor relationship management
- Proficiency in legal technology solutions, data analysis, and reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop cost-effective strategies for operations
- Experience in team management and collaboration within a legal or corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Strong adaptability and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
