Facility Programmer; Ice Arena

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume manager on duty and supervisory responsibilities when the Ice Arena Manager or Supervisor is not on-site.
• Schedule and process payroll for facility staff.
• Assist with programs and rentals, resolve issues, and train staff as needed.
• Lead part-time Building Assistants and Ice Arena Coordinators.
• Communicate with other building staff to coordinate necessary duties.
• Set up and tear down events and programs in a timely manner.
• Assist custodial and maintenance staff with basic janitorial and general maintenance tasks.
• Enforce all facility rules.
• Order and maintain inventory of facility supplies.
• Maintain accurate reports and submit work orders to maintenance staff as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and serve as a resource for members and guests.
• Attend all mandatory staff training.
• Assist with tours, cleaning, and other facility tasks as required.

Previous work experience in ice arenas, customer service, custodial, or facilities management preferred.

High school graduate or equivalent.

Must be 18 years or older. Candidates must be able to lift 50lbs.

ASAP. 20+ hours per week. Must be available some nights and weekends depending on events taking place.
