Are you a dedicated and passionate attorney looking to make a difference in the lives of accident victims? Michigan Auto Law, the state’s largest law firm specializing in car, truck, and motorcycle accident cases, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
This position is based from our Grand Rapids office. A hybrid schedule is available but at least 2 days/week in-office is preferred.

Responsibilities- Represent clients in various stages of their auto accident cases, including pre-litigation, litigation, and trial.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and attend mediations.
- Participate in depositions and court hearings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the case.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan.
- 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably auto accident cases.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
