Overview

Summary: We are seeking an HR Administrator who combines strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional discretion to support our HR leadership team and core HR operations. The Human Resources Administrator  will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior HR leaders, ensuring HR functions operate efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on managing workflow priorities, prepping materials, and supporting key HR initiatives while managing select administrative responsibilities.

The HR Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and seamless execution across the Human Resources team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to senior HR leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and prioritization of requests
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership meetings, reviews, and presentations
  • Coordinate logistics for HR leadership meetings, offsites, town halls, and trainings (scheduling, food & beverage, materials, etc.)
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables for HR leadership and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of HR communications and documentation
  • Support benefits administration activities and respond to routine employee inquiries
  • Coordinate data changes and documentation related to payroll, promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for HR initiatives, programs, and projects
  • Assist with compiling metrics, reports, and dashboards for HR leadership
  • Support audits, process improvements, and documentation efforts
  • Handle ad hoc requests requiring discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
  • Experience supporting senior leaders
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Proactive problem-solving and anticipation of leadership needs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions
