Mission- Deliver personalized, one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Empower clients by teaching crucial life skills, including communication, socialization, motor coordination, play, and daily routines
- Maintain an engaging, supportive, and well-organized therapeutic setting
- Forge strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, becoming a cornerstone of their support system
- Diligently record behavioral data and track progress
- Collaborate seamlessly with Speech and Occupational Therapists to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain current RBT Certification and QBS Safety-Care Training

Requirements- A genuine desire to work with children with autism
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong professional references
- Reliable access to transportation
- Clean criminal background
- Unwavering commitment to client privacy and respect
- Physical stamina to engage in active therapy sessions, including lifting up to 30 pounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A team player, ready to collaborate with fellow professionals
