Description
Healthrise is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Executive to drive growth for our End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management Services (RCMS). While Healthrise offers multiple solutions, this role is exclusively dedicated to expanding our comprehensive RCMS footprint.
The Sales Executive will engage directly with senior executives within hospitals and health systems, including CFOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, and other key stakeholders to introduce Healthrise extended business office and outsourcing services to secure new business revenue.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales executive with a proven track record of success. This individual brings an enterprising approach and hunter’s instinct, leveraging strong industry relationships cultivated over many years.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth:
Aggressively pursue new business opportunities to expand Healthrise’s RCMS market share. - Solution Selling:
Clearly articulate Healthrise's unique value proposition - particularly within RCMS aligning solutions directly to client challenges. - Pipeline Management:
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, systematically progressing opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. - Executive Engagement:
Build and sustain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Revenue Cycle Directors, and senior healthcare executives.
- Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to introduce complementary Healthrise services to expand account value. - Vendor Partnerships:
Leverage established relationships with other vendor partners to identify new opportunities for Healthrise RCMS services, facilitate introductions, and collaborate with complementary vendors to uncover opportunities that extend beyond Healthrise’s core offerings. - Market Intelligence:
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to enhance strategic selling efforts.
Performance will be evaluated based on new revenue growth, new RCM client acquisition, cross‑selling effectiveness, and the cultivation of long‑term strategic partnerships.
- Sales Quotas:
Meet or exceed established sales quotas for RCM services on a quarterly and annual basis. - Pipeline Development:
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to ensure ongoing sales opportunities. - Client Satisfaction:
Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery of promised solutions.
- Experience:
Minimum 7 years in healthcare sales, including at least 5 years specifically selling extended business office and outsourcing services to hospitals and health systems. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline. - Skills:
Proven track record closing complex deals with senior executives; expert knowledge of hospital revenue cycle processes; exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM systems and analytics. - Attributes:
