The Care Team Hospice - Healthcare Sales Representative
The Care Team Hospice is seeking a Healthcare Sales Representative to support growth across metro Detroit, MI (Oakland, Wayne, Livingston, Macomb County). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, creating strong community partnerships, and representing a mission-driven organization known for exceptional hospice care.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, senior living communities, hospitals, and other referral partners.
- Represent The Care Team Hospice as a trusted, knowledgeable resource within the community.
- Develop creative outreach and territory strategies to grow census and expand brand awareness.
- Partner closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure an exceptional patient and family experience.
- Stay informed about local market trends, referral patterns, and competitive positioning.
- Someone active and connected in the metro Detroit medical community, with a natural talent for networking.
- Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, nursing, or social work preferred (1+ years).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- High school diploma required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Base salary + Commission role. Base salary is $60K+.
