Group Home Manager

Dignitas Inc is seeking a dynamic Group Home Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional care and program implementation for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injuries.

• Client Supervision and Care: Assist with direct care, overseeing daily programming schedules. Maintain client goals, ensuring staff works towards the highest level of function and independence. Monitor and follow client behavioral plans.
• Household and Vehicles: Perform home checks and coordinate meal planning and grocery shopping. Oversee maintenance of vehicle, home, and office equipment.
• Staff and Scheduling: Provide direct supervision and communication to staff. Create and manage monthly staff schedules, conducting staff training. Role model professional behavior, ensuring documentation logs are completed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of group home management experience
• Expertise in Traumatic Brain Injuries or Spinal Cord Injuries a plus
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, address complaints, and resolve problems
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of vehicle insurance
• CPR and First Aid certification
