Regional Project Controller

Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Global Project Controller and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our development projects. As a Global Project Controller you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing project finances, schedules, and resources to ensure a successful project delivery. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
YourRole
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Implement cost control measures to optimize project profitability
- Identify and assess project risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential issues
- Monitor and update risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with project teams, addressing concerns and facilitating collaboration
- Drive and steer different ad-hoc reporting requests, analysis and presentations used by management
- Evaluate and appraise investments, capital expenditures and financing of projects and provide guidance and recommendations
- Support all functions with insights to make informed decisions towards achieving the company's objectives
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness of project data
- Successfully completed studies in Economics / Finance / Engineering / Business - preferable
- >3 years’ experience in a similar position with 10 years of automotive industry experience
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Logical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Collaborative approach to working with global teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
