Installation Service Engineer -- Industrial Machinery (34730)
Farmington Hills, MI – An international industrial machinery manufacturer is seeking an Installation Service Engineer to oversee the installation of equipment at customer sites.
Pay Range$90,000–$110,000 per year
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation of dynamometer equipment to customers' specifications
- Prepare installation detail, including bidding documents and contractor selection
- Inspect and confirm incoming equipment
- Assess site conditions to determine installation procedures and cost estimates
- Provide on‑site support for installation work when necessary
- Prepare reports related to installation
- Prefer at least an Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of related service engineering and project management experience
- Experience with dynamometer test equipment
- Experience in industrial equipment installation
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Japanese language skills is a big plus
- Ability to travel up to 80% and valid driver’s license
