Position: Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) - Manufacturing Management Program (July 2026)

The Mac Lean-Fogg Manufacturing Management Program (MMP) is a rigorous two-year leadership development program designed to prepare recent graduates for impactful careers in manufacturing. Starting in July 2026, participants will complete two one-year rotations at different U.S. facilities (see our locations). While preferences are considered, participants must be open to placement anywhere. Mac Lean-Fogg has thrived for over 100 years because we prioritize safety, sustainability, and people.

$75,000 annual salary—competitive for recent graduates and paired with a structured leadership development experience. All relocation costs fully covered for both rotations. What You’ll Gain

Day-to-Day Experience
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance and prevention.
  • Design and implement training programs for safety awareness and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with site teams on sustainability initiatives (waste reduction, energy efficiency, emissions reporting).
  • Lead a capstone project focused on advancing Mac Lean-Fogg’s safety or environmental footprint.
  • Participate in community engagement projects that reflect Mac Lean-Fogg’s values.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (completed within the last 12 months).
  • Candidates must have less than one year of full-time, post-graduate professional work experience at the start of the program AND have graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in 2025 or 2026.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Demonstrated leadership through internships, student orgs, or project teams.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Agile mindset with creativity and problem-solving focus.
  • Must be willing to travel and relocate across the U.S.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. (with assistance/tools) and perform some physical tasks in a plant environment.
