Marketing Production Designer; Part-Time

What You'll Be Doing

• Produce high-volume print and digital materials using Adobe InDesign, including data merges and automation.
• Design a wide range of marketing assets such as brochures, ads, signage, and social content.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, and final creative for campaigns across channels.
• Film and edit videos for use on social media, websites, and promotions.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all creative work.
• Manage and update marketing assets, pricing data, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute projects on time and within budget.
• Continuously improve creative processes through new tools, automation, and cross-team support.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or currently working toward one) in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign (data merges, automation, scripting)
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, scripting tools, and plugins like in5; knowledge of PIMCORE and Shopware is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly with pricing and promotional accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and project management tools like Click Up
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Video editing/production experience is a plus
• Proven ability to maintain brand consistency across all creative assets

• $20 - $22/hr depending on experience

• Part-Time Position (Up to 30 hours per week)

  - Friday (7:30am - 5:00pm)
