The nation’s largest in‑school dental program is looking for an Insurance Data Entry Specialist to help verify patient insurance coverage and maintain accurate data in our system.

• Self‑motivated, detail oriented and well organized
• Typing 36–40 wpm, ten‑key proficiency a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while handling a large volume of work and maintaining accuracy
• High School diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of dental terminology helpful but not required (training provided)
• Ability to navigate the internet and toggle between multiple sites

• Verify patient insurance coverage to ensure procedures are covered by the patient’s dental insurance carrier
• Enter data accurately and update patient benefit information promptly in the organization’s insurance system
• Speak with insurance companies to resolve coverage issues
