We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Administrator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of our facility. This position requires a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes, as well as the ability to operate various warehouse equipment.

• Track inventory daily in warehouse to ensure model stocks maintained
• Order and track product to ensure model stocks maintained
• Manage e-commerce for company. Pull order - pick, pack, ship
• Track order shipments - Log shipping data - ensure team available for shipment delivery
• Manage accessory kits - pick, pack, stock - add into inventory
• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts to ensure accurate financial reporting of physical inventory
• Schedule shipments for timely delivery of product to other markets
• Support the preparation of pallets for shipment
• Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all packages are accounted for.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload products safely.
• Prepare shipping documents and labels for outgoing shipments.
• Maintain an organized warehouse environment by keeping work areas clean and orderly.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency in shipping and receiving operations.
• Perform quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including picking, packing, and restocking items as needed.

• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role is required.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, and pallet jacks, is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Excel and updating spreadsheets.
