Customer Service Representative

Overview

Base pay range: $32,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
• Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
• Utilize your sales proficiency to secure critical sales
• Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
• Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals
• Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
• Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
• Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
• Participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination and manage PR calendar
• All other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
• A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales-driven experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
• Effective listening and communication skills
• Motivated by exceeding goals
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Accurate; consistent attention to detail
• Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confident initiating customer contact and comfortable asking for the sale
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong team player who works well with a wide range of people and personalities
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills

• Base hourly wage + commissions; pay is weekly
• All inbound sales leads – NO COLD CALLING
