Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (Various Event Venues)
Starting Pay: $22/hour (Based on Experience)
About the Role:
Low Country Quisine is looking for professional, reliable, and service-oriented event servers and bartenders to join our team on an on-call basis. We cater weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings throughout the DFW Metroplex, delivering exceptional hospitality with a touch of Southern charm.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, buffets, and bar stations
• Serve plated meals, buffet stations, or passed hors d’oeuvres with professionalism
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (bartenders only)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the event
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Assist with loading/unloading and light lifting as needed
Requirements:
• TABC Certification (Bartenders) & Food Handler’s Certificate (Servers & Bartenders)
• Reliable transportation to travel to various event venues across the Metroplex
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs
• Neat, professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Availability to work nights and weekends, based on event schedule
