We are seeking a full-time on-site Leasing Consultant for our Farmers Branch, TX community. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for showcasing apartments, assisting prospective residents, and managing leasing agreements. Key responsibilities include guiding residents throughout the leasing process, maintaining high resident retention through excellent customer care, and ensuring lease administration tasks are accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will contribute positively to the vibrant community and deliver an exceptional member experience.

• Experience in leasing and lease administration
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to support resident retention through positive engagement and problem-solving
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in property management software or related tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or business is beneficial
