Reporting to the SVP, Business Optimization, the FVP, Project Management Office leads and drives alignment of Project Management initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of Project and Program Management, Project Analyst, and Project Coordinator functions on time, within scope, and on budget. The role is responsible for overall development and management of the PMO, enhancing and maturing the tools and processes for the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and programs.
The FVP, PMO aligns decision-making and governance at the appropriate level to ensure that all projects and programs of work follow established standards for change management. The FVP, PMO's scope is inclusive of information technology, facilities, regulatory compliance, and process improvement projects in addition to leading cross-functional efforts to drive standardization, stabilization and simplification of Fay processes. The role drives operational excellence implementation to improve operations and business processes across Fay companies, business units, and departments.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED required; MBA, Consulting experience preferred
- 10 + years of progressive experience in Project Management
- 10+ years of experience leading people/teams to include the acquisition and allocation of resources, performance management, and talent development in leading a PMO
- 8 + years' supervisory role managing other project resources
- Prior experience working in the mortgage industry or financial services companies is preferred
