A Typical Day...

As a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you will lead three H&R Block tax offices, managing teams to accelerate their seasonal tax business. You will oversee staff development, ensure excellent client service, and meet growth objectives. Prior tax experience is not required.

You will start part-time in the fall and transition to full-time during tax season, working evenings and weekends as needed. This role requires in-person work.

Preferred Qualifications...

  • Experience managing multiple teams in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries.

Responsibilities...

  • Manage staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders.
  • Collaborate with the District General Manager on growth plans and community involvement.
  • Assist in recruiting and performance management.
  • Train and coach associates, lead team meetings, and manage schedules and labor.
  • Travel between offices as needed.
  • Prepare tax returns if qualified, after completing required training.

Required Skills and Experience...

  • People management experience with a focus on development.
  • Ability to execute growth strategies and lead a growth-oriented culture.
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; tax training certification if preparing returns.
