The Business Systems Analyst Lead will support ongoing change requests, automation enhancements, and data quality improvements to streamline user experience, reduce manual processes, and improve governance and audit readiness. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce administration
, particularly supporting enterprise platforms such as Fusion Risk Management
, and the ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will serve as a senior technical contributor working closely with functional experts in a small team environment.
- Small team environment (3–4 members)
- 6+ years of hands‑on experience administering Salesforce Lightning in enterprise environments
- Expertise in configuration‑based development including:
- Custom Objects & Fields
- Validation Rules
- Workflows & Approval Processes
- Record‑triggered Automation
- Reports and Dashboards
- Experience maintaining Salesforce as a system of record with strong data governance
- Experience administering or supporting Fusion Risk Management built on Salesforce
- OR
- Comparable GRC, risk, or resiliency platforms built on Salesforce
- Designing and maintaining end‑to‑end automation including:
- Approval processes
- Notifications & alerts
- Scheduled automation
- User task management
- Improving operational efficiency through automated governance controls
- Experience supporting system‑to‑system integrations
- Working with:
- APIs
- Middleware
- Integration tools
- Troubleshooting inbound and outbound data feeds
- Managing:
- Role‑based access
- Profiles
- Permission sets
- User provisioning
- Experience with SSO, MFA, and identity integrations (Azure AD or similar)
- Experience with sandbox environments
- Supporting testing cycles and release management
- Promoting changes safely to production
- Building reports and dashboards for audit, compliance, and oversight
- Implementing data quality monitoring and validation controls
- Salesforce Certification
- Maintain and enhance automation, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules
- Manage user access, roles, and security settings
- Troubleshoot system issues and support platform users
- Maintain high‑quality data governance and reporting accuracy
- Support integrations with enterprise systems
- Assist with change requests, testing, and production releases
- Ensure the platform remains a reliable system of record
- Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries
- 6+ years supporting Salesforce-based enterprise systems
