Job DescriptionAs a Solution Architect, you will design comprehensive solution roadmaps that align with business strategies and adhere to established architecture standards. You will analyze client requirements to develop system and software architectures that meet organizational objectives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. In this role, you will proactively identify and resolve routine to moderately complex architectural challenges, assess potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
You will also provide ongoing functional support and guidance on solution architecture updates, working closely with technology experts and business leaders to ensure successful outcomes. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
- Design solution roadmaps in accordance with business strategies and process requirements.
- Design system and software architecture following business strategies and architecture standards.
- Analyze client requirements and determine appropriate solutions based on business needs.
- Resolve routine to moderately complex problems and issues in solution architecture; assess potential risks and determine solutions to mitigate them.
- Work with other solution architecture staff, technology experts, and business stakeholders to provide functional support to clients on solution architecture updates.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
- Managing Risk – Assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities in support of PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
