We are seeking a highly skilled Java Fullstack Lead Developer with strong expertise in Angular and a solid understanding of the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, architect and develop scalable banking applications, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas, TX or Pittsburgh, PA is $110K-$120K/year & benefits (see below).

• Lead the development and delivery of complex banking software solutions using Java, Angular, and related technologies.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end fullstack applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of developers.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Architect technical solutions in alignment with banking standards, compliance, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify and address technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to banking and software development.
• Support deployment, integration, and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum processes, facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives.

• 10+ years of proven expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs) and fullstack development.
• Strong Angular framework experience (Angular 12+ preferred).
• Experience working within Banking and Financial Services domains, understanding regulations and compliance (e.g., KYC, AML).
• Strong understanding of banking products such as accounts, loans, payments, and transactions.
• Experience with Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, or similar.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in banking applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
