• Mentor top‑tier refund recovery specialists to cases with accuracy and speed
• Run the production floor, ensuring daily targets and quality metrics are consistently met
• Optimize processes to keep the refund pipeline flowing smoothly
• Monitor performance dashboards and case focus and workflows as needed
• Coach and support team members, helping them grow into high‑performing contributors
• Collaborate with leadership to refine operational strategy and financial measures

• A natural recruiter with an eye for operational excellence
• Data‑driven, using metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes
• Organized and proactive, always anticipating the next staffing or production need
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management tools
• A strong communicator, able to motivate teams and build trust with candidates
• Comfortable in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment
• Process‑minded, always looking for ways to streamline and elevate performance
• Self-motivated with high accountability and ownership of team s recoveries
• Bachelor s degree
• Five years recruitment and operations experience; healthcare recruitment experience preferred
