Sr Human Resources Business Partner at Genstone Realty

Responsibilities

The Sr HRBP serves as a subject‑matter expert on HR policies, processes, and programs throughout the employee life cycle—including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent management, career development, employee engagement, and workforce retention. The role supports multiple business lines by consulting leaders and managers on people issues and strategies, developing HR programs, workflows, tools, and resources to enhance the employee experience, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field; MBA or Master’s in HR preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in HR, including serving in a business partner capacity.
  • Experience supporting diverse business functions; mortgage/financial services experience preferred.
  • Strong project management and technical skills (e.g., MS Office, ADP/UKG HRIS).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Client‑focused with strong execution, learning agility, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and handle confidential information with integrity.

Compensation
  • Annual salary range: $105,000 – $125,000
  • Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
