Salary: 1.0 FTE - 32 weekly work hours - Allows clinical employment during week

• Overall leadership, administration, and management of the PA program at campus level
• Ensures the quality of education that meets all ARC-PA accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with other South College PA Program leaders at other campuses to ensure effective organization, administration, fiscal management, educational goals / assessment / analysis, clinical site establishment, oversight of the didactic and clinical curriculum, and planning.

• Graduation from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant Program with a minimum of a master’s degree
• Doctoral degree in healthcare related field preferred

• Current NCCPA Certification
• PA License in US (if not in Texas, will be necessary to obtain)

• 3 years in Academic-Based Role, preferably as Director or Associate Director
• 5 years Clinical Experience as practicing PA
