Recognized on the Inc. 5000 and as one of the Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in DFW, Curis is seeking a Director of Services Integration to lead the design and implementation of our integrated care model across all clinics.

The Director of Services Integration will define, operationalize, and scale Curis’ integrated functional healthcare model. This role will develop care pathways that enable seamless collaboration across disciplines, ensuring patients receive coordinated, holistic care. The Director of Services Integration will partner closely with regional directors, clinics and administrative teams to develop and embed the integrated model into daily operations. A key part of the role will be driving communication and change management efforts to ensure clarity, consistency and engagement across all levels of organization.

• Develop a programmatic approach to drive integrated care delivery across clinics
• Design and standardize the Curis Functional Care Model across mental health, chiropractic, nutrition, and women’s health
• Develop care protocols, internal referral workflows, and collaborative practice guidelines that enable seamless interdisciplinary care
• Drive thought leadership, education and communication around the value and benefit of functional, whole person care
• Create and deliver training programs for providers and staff on integrated care principles, tools and protocols
• Support onboarding of new providers with a strong emphasis on the Curis functional care model and Curis’ values
• Champion whole-person care, serving as the internal advocate for integration, collaboration and service excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• 4+ years of consulting, product and brand management experience
• 2+ years of managing staff or stakeholders in a complex organization
• Strategy consulting experience preferred
• Passion to learn functional medicine principles and a holistic approach to whole person care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time, some travel 20-30%
