Lindenmeyr Munroe, the leading independent distributor of paper, packaging, wide format, and facility solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Farmers Branch, TX.

As a key member of our team, the Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

• Work cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to help support customer relationship
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and our e-commerce platform
• Process, track and resolve customer orders and inquiries using Infor M3
• Contribute ideas and solutions that support continuous improvement

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with desire to go the extra mile for our customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Prior experience in a customer service role and/or with Infor M3 is a plus
