Urban Infra construction is looking for a Sr. Estimator to join our Estimating department.

Key Responsibilities- Lead pursuit teams in preparing and submitting competitive and accurate bid proposals
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment with an emphasis on structural concrete work
- Apply pragmatic analysis of the overall project execution process to ensure the estimate reflects the efficient execution of the project
- Analyze market conditions, competition and pricing strategies
- Lead and mentor junior Estimators
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
- 5+ years of estimating experience.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as HCSS Heavybid, Blue Beam, Agtek
- Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Travel to visit project sites as required
- Must have a valid driver's license
