The Role
As an Assistant Project Manager (APM), you’ll be at the center of the construction process—supporting projects from the earliest pre-site inspections through final completion and certification. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to every phase of installation, developing a strong understanding of construction systems and field operations while helping keep projects on track. Acting as a key liaison between customers and subcontractor partners, you’ll help coordinate schedules, align resources, and resolve challenges before they become obstacles.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys balancing technical knowledge with communication and problem‑solving, and who wants to play an active role in delivering high‑quality projects on time.

The APM must be knowledgeable in all phases of the installation and operation of all equipment and systems, serve as the liaison between the customer and the sub-contractors, and coordinate all sub-contractor activities to complete each phase of construction.
The APM sets the schedule/construction timeline on all jobs, resolves any conflicts in scheduling, corrects miscommunications, and maintains relationships with contractors to ensure production can move forward.
