The Business Continuity Lead within PNC's Business Resiliency organization is based in Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ or Pittsburgh, PA.

Job profile:
The Business Resiliency Lead will drive resilience activities for Business Resilience Management (BRM) for PNC’s Line of Business (LOB). Responsible for the execution of resilience risk strategies, plans, and program lifecycle execution.

Responsibilities
  • Work with 3-5 Business Resilience professionals to lead daily activities of LOB Business Resiliency plan oversight. Mentor peers to develop employees and strengthen internal capabilities.
  • Support strategies and programs; maintain and enhance existing programs to help the business manage risk while meeting business and regulatory expectations.
  • Oversee the timely and proper execution of the Business Resiliency program lifecycle within and/or across the assigned LOB segments and plans.
  • Lead and analyze the development, maintenance, and creation of Critical Business Services (CBS) to align with Operational Resilience standards and BRU dependency requirements.
  • Provide resiliency risk expertise while working with the businesses and partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Monitor changes in internal and external factors and identify emerging risks.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of business continuity and disaster recovery plans; oversee testing and exercises, including tabletop exercises; participate in crisis management and event management activities. Inform operating strategy selection for recovery time objectives.
  • Understand and inform the Retail LOB of relevant Third-Party Risk and Resiliency impacts; work with the business to enhance, correct, or duplicate contingency strategies for maximum resilience.
  • Lead Business Resiliency lifecycle planning and Business Impact Analysis (BIA). Help team members identify and quantify potential impacts of disruptions and disasters. Enforce findings, lessons learned actions, and risk acceptance processes to ensure compliance and risk reduction.
  • Interface with assigned LOB committee/executive to report on compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results. May consult in preparation for meetings with audit and regulators on continuity issues.
  • Contribute to high-profile initiatives through development and dissemination of continuity processes and standards. Analyze concentration risk across loss pillars to identify and respond to potential impacts across multiple segments/LOBs.
  • Support the development and execution of resilience training and education to the LOB community.
  • Support and comply with RCSA controls relevant to area(s) of oversight and governance.
