Job Description:
Form Factor is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to support our Talent Acquisition team in delivering a seamless candidate experience. This role will coordinate interviews, manage travel logistics, process background checks and candidate reimbursements, manage new hire communications, and assist with onsite hiring events at our Farmers Branch facility. Additionally, the scheduler will play a key role in testing and implementing new scheduling technologies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesInterview Coordination: Schedule onsite and virtual candidate interviews across multiple time zones and departments.
Communicate confirmations and updates to candidates and interviewers promptly.
Travel & Logistics: Arrange candidate travel and accommodations as needed.
Process travel reimbursements in compliance with company policy.
Onsite Hiring Events: Support planning and execution of onsite recruiting events.
Ensure smooth candidate flow and positive experience during events.
Technology Implementation: Assist in testing and rollout of new scheduling tools and platforms.
Provide feedback and troubleshoot issues during implementation.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Maintain TA Inbox.
Prepare interview packets and coordinate meeting spaces.
