Senior Business Analyst – Sales Operations

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is a leading distributor of team athletic gear.

We are a full‑time hybrid role based at our headquarters in Farmers Branch, TX, with in‑office Monday‑Thursday and remote Friday.

As an analytical leader in Sales Operations, you will transform data into actionable insights, build business cases, support planning and forecasting, and deliver executive‑ready Tableau reporting to drive profitability.

• Serve as the primary analytics partner to Sales Operations and Sales Leadership
• Analyze sales performance and identify risks, trends, and upside opportunities

• Build ROI models for sales initiatives, pricing, compensation changes, and technology investments
• Perform scenario and sensitivity modeling to evaluate outcomes
• Partner with Finance on assumptions and validation

• Support Annual Operating Plan and rolling forecast cycles
• Develop standardized KPIs and performance scorecards
• Support capacity and headcount modeling

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for executives, sales leaders, and field management
• Automate recurring performance reporting
• Ensure accuracy and data governance

• Partner with IT to integrate CRM, ERP, and other data sources
• Validate data pipelines and reconcile discrepancies

• Support initiatives across Sales and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau
• Strong financial modeling and executive communication skills
• Strong analytical and financial acumen

• Ability to operate in fast‑paced environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
• 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, or Business Analytics
• Distribution or B2B commercial analytics experience preferred
• Experience with Snowflake or Python preferred

The role operates in a professional office environment and requires frequent computer use.

• Largely sedentary role requiring ability to operate a computer and technology on a daily basis
