Position: Print / Signage All-Rounder / Estimator (Permanent)
Location: Vale of White Horse

Print / Signage All-Rounder / Estimator
Salary: up to £35,000 (DOE)
Abingdon, Oxfordshire

This is a great opportunity to join a growing, well-invested print and signage business based in Oxfordshire. The company is expanding steadily and is now looking to bring in a multi-skilled individual who can add real value across the operation.

They’re seeking someone who enjoys variety and responsibility, and in return they offer a strong salary, flexibility, and long-term stability.
The business has invested in quality machinery and runs a modern production environment, including an OCE Arizona flatbed and Dyss 7 cutting table.

The Role

This is a true all-rounder position, ideal for someone who has worked in a smaller or mid-sized print/signage environment and understands how everything fits together.

Responsibilities will include:

Estimating print and signage work (ideally using Tharstern or other similar software)
Supporting large format and signage production
Understanding materials, processes, and workflows
Getting involved across the business where required – estimation, production, signage and coordination

Background & Experience

Strong estimating knowledge and commercial awareness gained within the large format / signage industry
Hands-on understanding of large format print and sign-making processes
A flexible, proactive approach

Salary guidance:

Up to £35k for a fully multi-skilled estimator / sign-maker / printer (any fitting skills highly advantageous!)
Salary open to discussion for candidates who need training, who will still be considered

Hours & Benefits

Typical hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm (with flexibility, and 1 hour lunch break)
25 days holiday bank holidays
