Composite Inspector

Position: Composite Inspector (Contract)
Location: Vale of White Horse

We are seeking an experienced Composite Inspector to join one of our prestigious Formula One clients on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision across composite components used in high-performance motor sport applications.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect composite components to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
Perform dimensional checks using Polyworks software.
Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to verify component accuracy.
Document inspection results and report any non-conformances.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.

Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Composite Inspector within motor sport, aerospace, or similar high-performance industries.
Strong proficiency in Polyworks for 3D measurement and analysis.
Solid understanding and application of GD&T principles.
Ability to work across any shift pattern, including weekdays and weekends.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Desirable
Familiarity with composite manufacturing processes.
Previous experience in Formula One or elite motor sport environments.

Contract Details
