Person Specification:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
Dedicated, professional, and confident in delivering high-quality teaching across the primary phase
A reflective and enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for primary education
Able to inspire, motivate, and engage pupils of varying abilities
Committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil progress
Keen to contribute to whole-school development and ongoing professional learning
Experience in curriculum planning, assessment, and delivering engaging lessons
Able to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum
Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to inform future planning
Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a supportive team
Contribute to whole-school initiatives and uphold the school’s values
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
Support enrichment activities that enhance pupils’ learning experiences
