Switchgear & Wiring Accessories BU is a leading business priority at Orient Electric. The Switchgear & Wiring Accessories Branch Manager should be young & Energetic, He will be responsible to drive company's Sales & Marketing strategy in conjunction with the overall business objectives and will be responsible to drive Orient as the leading brand voice in the category across the defined State.
We are looking for a Retail experience preferably with domain knowledge, with 8+ years of relevant experience across Switchgear ,Switches, Wiring Accessories &Wire Candidates needs to conduct regular, inventory management, revenue objectives for state, team handling, retail activities and promotional activities in retail market, IB Calls and create future prospect funnel through his team.
Key Responsibilities
Role:
Develops productive working relationships with team members, dealers/distributors and sells win/win business plans.
Acts as a bridge between the company and its current team, market and future markets.
Responsibilities:
Team handling
Ø Expanding Retail sales Network
Retailer expansion target achievement by appointing new retailers/dealers and distributors.
Follow PJC – Retail and 100% usage of SFA.
Market Mapping
Competition information and tracking like price, scheme, new product launch etc.
Ensure product displays & merchandise display
Retail Activity
assigned organization objective
Ø Sales Target Achievement
Achievement of area business target (channel and category wise)- Primary Secondary Sales & Collection assigned organization objective
Submission of balance confirmation from trade partners after completion of every quarter.
Promotions - Execution of BTL and support marketing by ensuring proper display placements.
Collection of all receivables as per commercial terms & conditions of the Company.
Ø Promotional Schemes
Implements trade related activities: promos, launches.
Helps management in forthcoming products and special promotions.
Records sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.
Ø Other Responsibilities
Monthly submission of Sales MIS and channel claims.
Ensures compliance with Orient Electric trade policies.
Keeps track of stock movement and status of all stock.
Conducts product trainings for Electricians, channel sales staff and Business influencers (Electrician/Contractors).
Lead generation through site visits and drive tertiary from stores.
Monthly settlement of defective if any of all the channel partners,
Encourage Channel partners to adopt DMS and all the digital initiatives to enhance business productivity.
