Working Days – 6 days (10 am-7 Pm)

Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage  Quality Control (QC) laboratory activities  and  production operations .
Develop, implement, and maintain  QC procedures  and testing protocols.
Conduct testing of  raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products  to ensure compliance with specifications.
Plan and coordinate  production schedules , batch execution, and resource allocation.
Ensure proper  documentation , SOP adherence, and compliance with  GMP and safety standards .
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve  process deviations  and quality issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance  production efficiency and product quality .

Qualifications & Skills
M.Sc. in Chemistry  (mandatory).
Prior experience in  Quality Control and Production  (preferred).
Strong understanding of  QC systems, SOPs, and GMP practices .

Good analytical , documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle  dual responsibilities  in a start up environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a  start up setup .
Willing to take ownership of both QC and production functions.
