Software Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tester with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in testing mobile and web applications, with knowledge of CRM systems. You should be well-versed in automation testing, with a strong understanding of Python/JavaScript, APM software, and Selenium. A degree in BCA or

B.Tech is required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct manual and automation testing for mobile apps and CRM systems.
Design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure high-quality software.
Perform annual testing cycles, identifying and reporting any issues.
Utilize automation tools like Selenium and APM software to streamline testing processes.
Collaborate with development teams to understand product functionality and create detailed test plans.
Ensure timely reporting and documentation of test results and bug tracking.
Participate in continuous improvement processes related to testing frameworks.

Requirements

Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in BCA,

B.Tech, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in testing applications and CRM systems.
Proficiency in automation testing using Python and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of APM software and Selenium.
Experience in manual testing and creating comprehensive test cases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
