Eligibility & Experience

● Graduate degree in any discipline.

● Minimum 3 years’ experience in video editing and graphic design within the
media/creative industry.

● Strong command of:
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Da Vinci
Resolve.

● Ability to work with ready-made templates (e.g., Envato) and customize them
creatively.

● A portfolio demonstrating both video and design expertise is required.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

● Visualize, edit, and produce marketing/promotional videos, short-form content (reels),
and event highlights.

● Review scripts and raw footage to create compelling narratives.

● Add music, voiceovers, graphics, subtitles, and effects to enhance storytelling.

● Deliver polished first drafts and final cuts, ensuring logical flow and smooth
transitions.

● Stay updated with the latest trends, editing tools, and industry practices.
Graphic Design

● Conceptualize and design static and motion graphics for social media, web,
presentations, newsletters, and campaigns.

● Work with layouts, illustrations, typography, and color schemes in line with brand
guidelines.

● Develop creative assets that align with the school’s brand voice and resonate with the
target audience.

● Retouch and enhance photos for marketing and communication use.
Creative Collaboration

● Collaborate with production teams, strategists, and school stakeholders to translate
briefs into impactful visuals.

● Brainstorm and execute storytelling concepts that communicate the brand story of
Manav Rachna effectively.

● Review and refine designs/videos, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative
quality.
Mentorship & Training

● Conduct design and editing workshops/training sessions for school teams as required.

● Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual storytelling.

● Keen sense of music, rhythm, and audio mastering.

● Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt quickly.

● Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
