Manage calendars, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups for senior leadership
Handle professional email correspondence, drafting replies, proposals, and follow-ups
Coordinate with clients, vendors, artists, and internal teams for meetings and updates
Maintain and organize documents, contracts, invoices, and project files
Track tasks, deadlines, and commitments to ensure timely execution
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and briefing notes
Support basic operational and administrative tasks as required
Act as a point of coordination between leadership and team members
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Established in 2010 in the West Midlands of the United Kingdom, Elite Weddings was launched in India in 2012 as Elite Weddings India LLP. We plan, design, and manage wedding celebrations for the Elite Class. Decor designing is our strength. We document each part of the planning. Each activity is planned, documented, discussed, and then delegated to the responsible person of our team, client, or vendors.
We use online and print methods for planning, documenting, and tracking. An efficient team and clear demarcation of responsibilities is the key to successful execution.
