Front Desk & Communication
- Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle walk-ins professionally.
- Attend and route incoming calls, emails, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper coordination with internal teams.
Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day administrative and office management activities.
- Maintain records, files, and basic documentation.
- Assist in preparing letters, emails, and simple reports when required.
Office Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments for meetings, schedules, and office requirements.
- Handle basic vendor coordination for office supplies and services.
- Support HR and accounts teams with basic administrative tasks.
IT & Office Support
- Coordinate with IT/support teams for basic office requirements.
- Track office inventory such as stationery and consumables.
- Ensure smooth functioning of front office and reception area.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Follow company policies and administrative procedures.
- Support management with assigned administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional front desk etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle routine administrative work.
Education
- Graduate or equivalent (any discipline).
