Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Make a Difference in Patient Care We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia services across facilities fulfilling critical roles in both general and obstetric procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a committed team in a dynamic environment, supporting patient safety and comfort while advancing your professional experience.
In this pivotal role, you will float between two facilities approximately 20 minutes apart, delivering supervised and unsupervised anesthesia care. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes, from routine surgical procedures to complex obstetric cases, including VBAC/TOLAC. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and call responsibilities, is essential to ensure continuous, high-quality care.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license for Minnesota Proficiency in OB, PEDs, ENT, and general anesthesia procedures Ability to perform epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal, and peripheral blocks Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills Ability to work independently in unsupervised and supervised environments Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Response to beeper calls within 30 minutes for emergent situations Nice to Have
Skills:
Experience with VBAC/TOLAC procedures TEE certification or cardiac anesthesia experience (not mandatory) Familiarity with cardiac procedures like cardioversions (scheduled infrequently) Bilingual abilities a plus Preferred
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in nursing;
Master's preferred At least one year of anesthesia practice post-licensure Experience supporting both OB and general surgical cases Other Requirements:
Willingness to be on call during nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to respond to beeper calls within 30 minutes Supportive of supervising and unsupervised anesthesia models at respective facilities Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients Flexibility for shift durations of 8 or 10 hours, primarily Monday-Thursday, with emergent cases on Fridays
This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $218.59, with additional compensation for call time, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
