• Build assemblies to print, including laying out and physically mounting devices, wiring to print, and OHM testing panels to ensure they are built according to print.
• Read, understand, and utilize engineering and manufacturing documents, including bill of material, assembly drawings, assembly work instructions, wiring schematics, and diagrams.
• Ensure a high level of quality by completing required in‑process quality checks and escalating nonconformances to appropriate resources.
• Follow work order directions and safely produce the quantity of parts required within the required specifications.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
• Complete and maintain all required documentation necessary in the operation.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect parts produced.
• Frequent lifting, standing, and bending required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted.

• Good verbal and writing skills.
• Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must.
• Good hand dexterity and grip strength.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams preferred.
• One year of wiring experience preferred.
• Proficient use of hand and power tools required.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross‑functional environment.
• Analytical thinker with proven problem‑solving ability.
• Well organized, detail‑oriented, with ability to multi‑task.
• Self‑motivated, takes initiative, drives closure on open issues with minimal supervision.
• High personal integrity and ethics with uncompromising standards.
