Description

Seasonal street maintenance worker to perform various duties as assigned by the Street Superintendent in our Public Works Department.
Examples of Duties

• Mowing of Public right-of-way
• Weed spraying
• Keeping debris picked up
• Assisting with various street maintenance activities

Typical Qualifications

Must possess a High School diploma and have a Class D driver's license. Must be able to operate a tractor & lawn mower, weed whip, hand blower, hand sprayer and pickup with trailer.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, sit and talk or hear use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
