Masters level Mental Health Therapist – Sign-On Bonus Available

What You’ll Do

As a Member Of Our Outpatient Services Team, You’ll Make a Real Difference In The Lives Of Children, Adults, And Families By

  • Providing therapeutic and skill-building services in outpatient and community-based settings
  • Conducting diagnostic assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
  • Maintaining timely and high-quality clinical documentation
  • Collaborating with internal and external providers for holistic care
  • Actively participating in supervision, team meetings, and professional development
  • Representing Fernbrook’s values in all professional interactions
  • Traveling as needed between client homes and office locations
What You Bring

We’re Looking For Team Members Who Are

  • Grounded in ethical decision-making and professional boundaries
  • Organized and capable of managing time independently
  • Strong communicators (written and verbal)
  • Eager to grow, take feedback, and support a collaborative team culture
  • Comfortable using technology or open to learning new tools
  • Aligned with our mission to serve and support the mental wellness of others
Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a Human Services field, or currently completing a qualifying field placement for LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, insurance, and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
Bonus If You Have

  • Experience working with children, families, or diverse populations
  • Bilingual skills
  • An active clinical license (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP)
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Flexible hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Full-time (40 hours/week); part-time options available
  • Some evening hours and travel required
