Phlebotomist II (Full‑time Contract)

Faribault, MN 55021 – onsite

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing following established practices and procedures.
• Maintain direct contact with patients, creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures.
• Verify patient demographic information, initials and signatures post‑venipuncture to confirm correct labeling.
• Maintain required records and documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada and Washington).
• 6 months to 1 year of phlebotomy experience, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Preferred: 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment.
• Preferred: customer service experience in a retail or service setting.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.

$21–$25.00 per hour, based on education, experience, location and job duties.
