Join to apply for the RN Float Pool role at Monarch Healthcare Management.
Pick your own shifts at various locations based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management! This is a full-time or on-call position with weekend requirements.
Through the collection and analysis of data, the RN is accountable for performing a comprehensive assessment to establish the baseline health status of residents as well as to create a detailed Plan of Care that includes individual needs and preferences. RNs oversee practical nurses, CNAs, and nursing personnel through assessment of their knowledge, skill, and capabilities; clarifying expectations and addressing behaviors to ensure the safety of residents and to attain the ultimate goal of achieving and maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

The Monarch Float Pool was created to help offer staffing assistance to our own Monarch facilities. Pick your own shifts based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management. Travel is expected for this position and benefits are available. Please review our list of facilities on our website, , to review the locations you could potentially be traveling to.
Current Float Pool positions are available in various areas including Alexandria, Anoka, Bloomington, Chisago City, Delano, Duluth, Eveleth, Excelsior, Faribault, Foley, Gaylord, Grand Rapids, Lake Crystal, Litchfield, Mankato, Mapleton, Maplewood, Minneapolis, New Prague, Plainview, Redwood Falls, Roseville, Rush City, Saint Louis Park, Saint Paul, Sleepy Eye, Stillwater, Two Harbors, Virginia, and Winsted.
Qualifications
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
