Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher to provide dedicated support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a travel assignment based in Faribault, MN. The position starts on March 9, 2026, and continues through the end of the school year on June 5, 2026, with full-time hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a self-contained caseload of 3 students diagnosed with ASD, providing specialized instruction and support tailored to their individual needs.
• Perform case management duties to ensure comprehensive educational services.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
• Maintain clear communication with families and school staff regarding student development.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education (SPED) teaching license.
• Experience working in self-contained autism classrooms or similar special education settings.
• Strong case management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility and readiness to engage in a travel assignment within the Faribault area.

This full-time role offers the chance to work with a small group of students in a structured, supportive setting while contributing meaningfully to their educational progress. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
