Position: Member Services Representative I (Teller)

Member Services Representative I - Floater (Teller I) - Faribault Branch

Hours:

Typically Monday to Friday 8:30 am‑5:00 pm (8‑hour shifts) with rotating Saturdays 9:00 am‑1:00 pm (40‑hour week). Our South Branch location is open until 6:00 pm.

Join our dynamic team at Home Town Credit Union in Owatonna, MN, as a full‑time Member Services Representative I and embark on an exciting career journey! This role is a floating position
, meaning you will be based out of our Faribault Branch location but will also support additional branches, including our Owatonna and Northfield locations, based on staffing needs. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to commute to other branches on short notice.

This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for numbers and a knack for providing exceptional customer service. You'll have the opportunity to engage directly with our valued members, help them process their financial transactions, and guide them through our services.

In this onsite role, you'll not only enhance your skills but also build meaningful relationships within the community. With a starting pay of $18.00 per hour ($17.00 base pay plus $1.00 for travel pay), your career will thrive in an environment centered around integrity and excellence. Your role as a Member Services Representative I

As a full‑time Member Services Representative I at Home Town Credit Union in Owatonna, MN, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued members, delivering exceptional banking services with professionalism and courtesy. Your role will be essential in fostering our member‑centric environment, acting as a vital liaison between members and other Credit Union staff. By effectively communicating and addressing member needs, you will enhance the overall experience and satisfaction.

Because this is a floating position
, you will also provide support at our Owatonna and Northfield branches as needed. Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to travel between locations are key to success in this role.
