Responsibilities
- Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate games and activities
- Create daily and weekly schedules that facilitate learning and growth
- Provide basic care and support to children
- Assess children’s progress and developmental milestones
- Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s activities and progress
Qualifications
- Experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
- Strong knowledge of child development principles
- Patience, kindness, and nurturing qualities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid and CPR certification
